What is the Title V program?

The Title V provides subsidized (paid) part-time community service work and training for low income job seekers, age 55 or older.   Its goal is that each participant be hired into gainful employment.

Participants must be age 55 or older, meet income eligibility criteria, and must be seeking training for employment opportunities.
