Grants run on a fiscal year of October 1 to September 30. In the months preceding an upcoming grant year, Requests for Proposals (RFP) are issued in January, and Letters of Intent from grant applicants are due in February. Applicants who submit a Letter of Intent must attend a mandatory Technical Assistance training session in February. The initial submission of a grant application is due in March, and after being reviewed by Agency staff , applicants submit revised complete applications in April.
